During my recent stay, I really appreciated the culinary offerings at the hotel's restaurant. We enjoyed a dinner that highlighted the chef's creativity, pairing local ingredients with thoughtful flavors. The atmosphere was pleasant and laid-back, a great place to unwind after a day of exploring Cardiff. Breakfast on the first morning was impressive, with a variety of options that were well-prepared, but on the second day, some dishes weren't quite as fresh, which was disappointing. When I raised this with the staff, they promptly addressed the issue, providing fresh replacements. The lounge bar was a comfortable spot for drinks and light meals. The staff consistently provided friendly service, enhancing the overall experience. This hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction is commendable, making it a place I'd consider revisiting.
